Emergency Eye Care

At Nikoumanesh Eye Care, our Emergency Eye Care Services are here for you when unexpected vision issues arise, providing prompt and expert care when you need it most.  If you are experiencing any of the following, please schedule an appointment with us immediately.  We happily take walk-in patients as well.

1. Floaters or Flashers: Are you seeing floaters or flashers? Schedule an appointment immediately so we can identify any underlying issues.

2. Injuries: Did you child scratch your eye or did you some chemicals splash in your eye?  We can offer treatments for most minor injures, or can quickly diagnose if emergency care is necessary.

3. Object stuck in eye: Did you forget to wear your safety googles, and now you have a piece of metal, wood, dirt or something else lodged in your eye? No worries we can get it out and get you back on your feet.

4. Pink Eye: If your eye is abnormally red, it could be pink eye (conjunctivitis). If you are experiencing these symptoms, let us have a look so we can offer treatment options.

5. Sudden Vision Loss: If you have sudden vision loss, this is an emergency. Please see us immediately to get a diagnosis.

6. Discharges: Do you have excess gunk, goop or mucus in your eye that isn't going away? There could be a number of different causes of the issue ranging from dirt, to infection, to blocked tear ducts.  Please schedule an appointment so we can assess if it needs treatment.

7. Infections: Is your eye red, itchy or swollen? It could be an eye infection and we treat those all the time!  Please schedule, call us or stop by.

8. Eye Stye: Do you have a red bump on your eye that hasn't improved in the last few days? Please see us so we can begin treatment.
